London-based Jangala is bringing refugee camps around the world online with its portable Wi-Fi systems. Co-founders Nils O'Hara, Samson Rinaldi, Jaz O'Hara and Richard Thanki provide solar and wind-powered Wi-Fi boxes that can be installed in camps, giving refugees a vital lifeline to relatives in other countries, while enabling NGO and charity workers to set up their own communications infrastructure. To read the full story of how they got started, and where they want to send their boxes next, pick up the 11.18 issue of @WiredUK
